This petition has been filed to relax the Bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 am and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10373 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. The investigation has been completed and the final report is laid before the concerned Court and yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons and co-operate with the trial proceedings, till the disposal of the case.
