This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decretal order dated 07.09.2009 made in I.A.No.109 of 2007 in A.S.No.135 of 2004 on the file of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam.

2. Today, when the matter came for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that their claim with the appellant has been settled out of the Court and also produced the certified copy of the memo filed by the cross objectors in the appeal in A.S.No.135 of 2004 to that effect. As the matter between the parties has been settled out of Court, nothing survives in this petition.
