The petitioner was transferred from Panchayat Middle School, Palaya Yerumaivatti Palayam, Chozhavaram Panchayat, Tiruvallur District to Panchayat Union School, R.N.Street, Podhatturpet, Pallipattu Panchayat, Tiruvallur District, vide order

in Na.Ka.Yen.1006/A5/2012 November 2014. According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent refused to permit him to join duty. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation to respondents 2 and 3 to permit him to join and to continue as Maths teacher. The petitioner now seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the second respondent has instructed the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty and function as Maths teacher.

3. Even though the name of the 4th respondent is printed in the cause list, none appears.

4. The petitioner is directed to join at Panchayat Union School, R.N.Street, Podhatturpet, Pallipattu Panchayat, Tiruvallur District on 01.04.2015. The 4th respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to join service on 01.04.2015 and sign in the attendance register. In case, the 4th respondent refuses the petitioner to work as Maths teacher, it is open to him to submit a representation to respondents 2 and 3 and in case any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of by respondents 2 and 3 on merits.
