The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.63 of 2020 on the file of the Sub-Court, Sankari to the Family Court, Villupuram. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Villupuram. The husband is shown to be a resident of Avaniperur, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District.

2.Despite service, the respondent is not appearing either in person or through counsel, duly instructed.

3.Considering the convenience of the wife and the husband and the fact that HMOP.No.130 of 2020 filed by the wife is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending before the Family Court, Villupuram, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.63 of 2020 on the file of the Sub-Court, Sankari is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Villupuram to be tried along with HMOP.No.130 of 2020. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
