Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Second Respondent with his proceedings vide Na.Ka. No.339/2016 dated 18.04.2016 to quash the board and direct the Second Respondent to release the May, June & July, 2016 months deducted pension amount of Rs.13,713/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirteen only) both month. Each month in total sum of Rs.41,139/- (Rupees Forty One Thousand One Hundred and Thirty Nine Only) without any further deductions on monthly pension.
