ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.08.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Balamurugane, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for preliminary enquiry on 16.10.2020 at 10.30 a.m and the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for an preliminary enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to afford opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit the report before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent shall thereafter pass the final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
