ORDER

This petition has been filed to register a case as against the cited accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2015 made to the respondent police in accordance with law on merits and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.29 of 2015 and the same was closed on 19.02.2015. 4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
