This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhuranthakam, Kancheepuram District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.137 of 2018 and dispose the same within a stipulated time. 2.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
