ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case as against the cited accused on the basis of the petitioners complaints dated 20.01.2015, 21.01.2015 respectively, made to the respondent Police in accordance with law and investigate the same, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.In respect of the same cause of action on the complaint given by Ashram Nisha, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.192 of 2015 for the offence under Section 420 IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners will be examined as witness in Crime No.192 of 2015. Recording the same, these petitions are closed.
