2.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the the Criminal Revision Case No.829 of 2013 is converted into a Criminal Appeal.

Registry is directed to convert Crl.R.C.No.829 of 2013 as a Criminal Appeal against the acquittal and list it along with Crl.A.No.296 of 2013, on 20.06.2016.

Crl.O.P.No.12172 of 2016 in S.NAGAMUTHU.J AND Seeking to grant special leave to prefer an Appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in S.C.No.124 of 2012 dated 06.04.2013, this Criminal Original Petition.

2.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the leave is granted.

Crl.M.P.No.6257 of 2016 in S.NAGAMUTHU.J AND Seeking to condone the delay of 21 days in preferring the appeal petition, this miscellaneous petition.

2.This Court satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and the miscellaneous petition is allowed.
