O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 24.08.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the sub-division of the property and for issuance of patta.

2. Heard Mr.Thenrajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. G.Rajesh, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a Registered Sale Deed dated 28.07.2003. The petitioner wants a survey to be conducted and patta to be granted to the petitioner and he has made the necessary payment to the respondents and also has sent a representation on 24.08.2020. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and conduct enquiry and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent with all the necessary documents and a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
