Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the murder pending against the petitioner in S.C.No.305 of 2016 has ended in acquittal and therefore, the petitioner sought for removing his name from the history sheeter register. He further submitted that after verifying the further antecedent of the petitioner, his representation may be considered in consonance with PSO.Nos. 747 and 748.

3. Recording the abovesaid undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 20.05.2024, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
