Crl.M.P.No.7335 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7335 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.9254 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., Vide order dated 26.04.2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner had been complied with the conditions regularly.

Investigation is completed. Final report is filed and it is yet to be taken on file by the concerned Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 26.04.2023 is totally relaxed. Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, on receipt of summons and to co-operate with the trial proceedings.
