O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 03.03.2025 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey for fixing the boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is relying upon the sale deed dated 27.06.2024. The petitioner is also relying upon the patta and chitta that stand in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. The petitioner submitted the online application on 03.03.2025 seeking for survey of the property. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the online application submitted 2/4

by the petitioner on 03.03.2025 and conduct survey in the subject property based on the title documents and revenue records which stand in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.

This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
