ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records leading to passing of the orders in Crl.R.C.No.3 of 2009 against Crl.M.P.No.4184 of 2007 in C.C.No.3205 of 2007, on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-15 dated 5.11.2008 and to set aside the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that the sole accused who is the petitioner herein reported as dead as per letter submitted by the Investigation Officer and the factum of death is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Since the sole accused is dead a charge stand abated in C.C.No.3205 of 2007, on the file of XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-15.
