2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner herein has made representation on 20.05.2024 to delete his name from the list of history sheeter, since adverse case against this petitioner is ended in acquittal.

3. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the representation is under consideration. Following the Rules 747 and 748 of Police Standing Order, necessary order will be passed within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
