Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 14 therein to rectify the Admitted ERROR crept in the online EC by removing the Survey No.126/2B in the schedule of Mathur Village in the Entry No. 2,3 and 4 pertaining to the Sale Deed dated 07.02.2024 vide, Document No. 533/2024 as recommended by the 3rd Respondent letter dated 07.02.2025 vide letter No. 04/2025 by considering the Petitioner's representations dated 21.01.2025 and 02.03.2025 within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court For Petitioner : Mr. T. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to rectify the error that has crept in the online EC and to remove Survey No.126/2B from the schedule of property pertaining to the sale deed dated 07.02.2024 which was registered as document No. 533/2024.

2. Heard Mr. T. Mohan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. U. Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. On going through the records it is seen that this issue has already been considered and the District Registrar has communicated with the 5th respondent and informed that the concerned Survey Number 126/2B has to be removed from the EC and that it has been included by mistake.

4. In the light of the above stand taken by the District Registrar, it will suffice if a direction is given to the respondents to rectify the error within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the above discussions, there shall be a direction to the respondents 3 and 5 to ensure that the error that has crept in the EC by including Survey No.126/2B in the schedule, is corrected within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
