COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent that on the complaint given by one Ashram Nisha, against Sahul Hameed, a case was registered in Crime No.192 of 2015 on 04.3.2015 for offence under Section 420 IPC and in that case, the petitioners in these cases are arrayed as witnesses. Recording the same, the petitions are closed.
