ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024 to scale and survey the petitioner's property for laying measurement stones for the landed property in S.No.276/3, Nagondapally Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District to the landed extent of 14 cents.
2.
The petitioner claims right that his father had 32 cents of land and sold the same to one Ukrappa through a registered sale deed dated 19.06.1965 and had retained remaining 14 cents of land. Now, the son of Ukrappa has destroyed the boundary and is attempting to conjoin the land belonging to the petitioner. With regard to the same, the petitioner has made representation on 30.05.2024 to the first and second respondent to survey and scale his landed property in S.No.276/3, Nagondapally Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District but the first respondent has not acted upon. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this present writ petition.
3.
The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation was taken note of and the date for survey was fixed. But, the petitioner did not cooperate with the respondents and sought time for a week.
4.
The learned counsel for the respondents further submitted that if the petitioner cooperates and if certain time is granted, they will take steps and complete the survey within the time bound.
5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of this case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner has to cooperate with the respondents for the said survey. 6.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. Costs made easy.
