Mr.M.Maharaja, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent-Police.
2. The petitioner seeks a direction to respondent-Police to register FIR against the culprit on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No.40 of 2015 dated 31.01.2015 on the file of the respondent and to investigate the case properly according to law. 3.
Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint of the petitioner, this Court directs respondent-Police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others, reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] .
