2 acres 38 cents and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to consider the representation dated 03.06.2024 for surveying the petitioner's property in S.No.257/1G to the extent of 6 cents and S.No.257/2D to the extent of 2 acres 32 cents, in Agalakottai Village, Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The petitioner is relying on the sale deed dated 25.09.2023 executed in his favour.

2. Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate, taking notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that they are prepared to conduct the survey and would consider the representation in a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 03.06.2024 of the petitioner to conduct the survey of the property and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that prior notice shall issued to any of the interested parties and the survey shall be conducted in the presence of all the interested parties.
