O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.02.2015.

2. Heard Mr.K.B.Rajendran, Party-in-person is appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 07.02.2015 given by this petitioner and the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry, which is refuted by the petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 07.02.2015 given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law. The petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police at 11.00 am on 25.07.2015 and 26.07.2015 and produce all the records in person.
