ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the FIR registered by the first respondent herein in Crime No.405 of 2011 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the case in Crime No.405 of 2011, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.1 of 2017 dated 26.1.2017.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
