The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer C.C.No.24/2014 on on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Palani and transfer the same to the file of the Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate, No.1, Coimbatore for trying the same jointly with C.C.No.82/2014.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, both the counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents would contend that C.C.No.24/2014 has been quashed by the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in Cr.O.P.No.10202 of 2015 on 18.08.2015 and also produced a copy of that order before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
