(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Ms.Kavitha, aged 17 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for production of the detenue.

2. The detenue is present. The detenue has since become major. She has expressed her willingness to be with the third respondent.

3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed setting the detenue at liberty.
