Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the fifth respondent in relation to the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.235/2013-14 dated 10.12.2013 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the selection grade scale of pay to the petitioners in Pay Band of Rs.15600 - 39100 + Grade Pay 5400 with effect from 01.01.2006 with monetary benefits from 01.01.2011 and to grant special grade scale of pay with consequential benefits.
