Though this Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking to extend the time from 21.04.2025 to deposit a sum of Rs.500,000/- to the credit of 1st respondent/The District Collector, Krishnagiri District, Krishnagiri as per order dated 24.03.2025 in W.P.No.9714 of 2025, however, when the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the said sum before the 1st respondent on 23.04.2025.
