ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This Court does not find sufficient cause to condone the huge and unexplained delay of 189 days. Secondly, the impugned order is also only an order of remand.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader brought to our notice that there is a positive direction issued by the Court to the petitioner herein, Sub-Registrar, Valavanur, Villupuram District, to register the sale deed. It is clarified that it is subject to the order going to be passed by the Sub Registrar.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, the writ appeal stands rejected at the SR stage.
