2. C.M.P.No.12776 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record respondent nos. 1 to 9 as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent in CRP.

3. C.M.P.No.12772 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the CRP.

4. C.M.P.No.10167 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record respondent nos. 10 to 13 as legal representatives of the deceased respondent / K.Seenivasan in CRP.

5. C.M.P.No.10165 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent / K.Seenivasan in the CRP.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
