This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R.No.320 of 2009, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Madukkarai (K.G.Savadi) Police Station, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District.

It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation in Cr.No.320 of 2009, was completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore, on 07.01.2015. Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore, is directed to take the charge sheet on file and proceed in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
