ORDER

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 03.07.2017 in respect of uploading Manual Patta dated 04.09.2016 issued in his favour in Computer (land Records e service) pending on the file of the 1st Respondent in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2017, the 1st respondent has not uploaded manual patta till today.

4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation for uploading the manual patta in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2017 for uploading the manual patta dated 04.09.2016 issued in his favour and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
