ORDER

1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to direct the District Munsif Court, Paramathy, to dispoe of the IA.No.1 of 2020 in OS.No.41 of 2020, within a time frame.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner herein is the Plaintiff and he has filed OS.No.41 of 2020, seeking declaration that the suit property is a common pathway and for injunction restraining the defendant from preventing the Plaintiff from laying the water pipe line in the common pathway. In the said suit, IA.No.1 of 2020 was filed and the 1st Respondent has entered as Caveator and service of notice for the 2nd Respondent was completed on the last hearing. CRP(PD)No.1895 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

Srcm of R1 was filed and it was posted for appearance of the 2nd Respondent before the Trial Court. At this juncture, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

Without going into the merits of the case and also the rival contentions of both the parties, the District Munsif Court, Paramathy is directed to dispose of the IA.No.1 of 2020 in OS.No.41 of 2020, within a period of four weeks on completion of the pleadings, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
