Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for including his name in the C list of Sub-Inspector fit for promotion as Inspector of Police for the year 2013-14 without reference to the charge memo issued to the petitioner in TDP Case No.28/2010 dated 11.05.2011, pending on the file of TDP, Kuralagam, Chennai and promote the petitioner as Inspector of Police and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits at par with his junior.
