ORDER
The petitioner, who is undergoing M.B.A.course, sought for educational loan from the second respondent. For that purpose, he made a representation on 26.6.2015. As the said representation has not yet been considered, the writ petition has been filed.
2. Heard Mr.J.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought and without expressing any opinion on the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.6.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
