C.M.P.No.11802 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.65427 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Notice to respondents 1 and 2 has already been dispensed with by this Court.

3. The respondents 3 and 4 are represented through a counsel.

4. Heard learned counsel on either side.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 154 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.

7. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 at the time of admission. Learned counsel for appellant is directed to immediately serve papers on the learned counsel for second respondent.

It is made clear that for the period of delay of 154 days, the appellant will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
