ORDER

The petitioner made a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 alleging that the Document No.2275/2015 dated 16.03.2015 has been registered by using forged signature by way of impersonation. Seeking further action in pursuant to the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the competent authority is the District Registrar, Chengalpattu, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kancheepuram District.

3. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation to the District Registrar, Chengalpattu, Kacheepuram District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the same is received within the period mentioned above, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders by issuing notice to respondents 3 and 4 as well as the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
