When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the appellant / petitioner submitted that already this Court passed orders in CMP.No.7959 of 2019 in Rev.Appl,SR.No.26162 of 2019 and CMP.No.16370 of 2024 in CMP.SR.No.156628 of 2019 in CMP.SR.No.7959 of 2019 in Rev.APP.SR.No.26162 of 2019, dated 20.09.2024, respectively, condoned the delay and directed the Registry to number the Review Applications. However, the Registry failed to number the same. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present CMPs. 2.In view of the above, this Court directs the Registry to number these Civil Miscellaneous petitions, if they are otherwise in order, and post the main Review application on 25.09.2025.
