The petitioner seeks to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is prepared to appear before the police for enquiry. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that one Ravichandran gave a complaint that his daughter, namely, Rama was kidnapped by the 3rd petitioner and in respect of that complaint, the petitioners were called for enquiry by issuing summons dated 10.02.2015 and without appearing before the police, the petitioner has thought that a complaint has been received against the petitioners.
4.In my view, the police have summoned the petitioners for enquiry and that cannot be termed as a harassment and the hence the petitioners are directed to appear before the police in connection with the enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by Ravichandran.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
