O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the fourth respondent states that the said respondent has not given any approval for the courses nor was the course held. This aspect is confirmed by the learned counsel for the seventh respondent, who states that though they had collected the fee and sought recognition of the courses, the same was not granted and they have refunded the fee collected in this behalf.

2.The aforesaid statements are taken on record and the writ petition is, accordingly, closed. No costs.
