Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the third respondent dated 01.09.2020 in Letter No.25103/PS(A)4/MTC/2020 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the third respondent to pass an order providing any permanent alternative employment with pay protection to the petitioner until his superannuation based on any of the earlier medical examination reports of the petitioner within a reasonable time and pass such further orders.
