Mr.M.Maharaja, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondent-Police.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to 2nd respondent-Police to register a case based on the complaint dated 26.05.2014 as acknowledged in CSR Application No.132/CSR/E2(X)PS/2014 3.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint of the petitioner, this Court directs respondent-Police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner and proceed further in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others, reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] .
