ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records in CC No.131 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after due trial, the petitioner was acquitted from the charges framed against him, by an order dated 09.12.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sholinghur in CC No.131 of 2010.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
