Basing reliance upon the Sale Deed, patta, judgment and decree rendered in S.A.No.1632 of 2011 and the subsequent Release Deed, the petitioners made a representation on 18.05.2015. Pursuant to the representation made, notice was issued on 10.07.2015 by the respondent no.1 asking the parties to come for an enquiry, including the respondent no.2. As no further progress is said to have been made, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no.2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
