C.M.P.No.12850 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.65429 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. The respondents have been served and affidavit of service has also been filed.

3. The first respondent is represented through a counsel. Mr.J.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of second respondent insurance company.

4. Heard learned counsel on either side.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 86 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. Learned counsel for appellant is directed to immediately serve papers on the learned counsel for respondents.

Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for first respondent and Mr.J.Vijayaraghavan, learned counsel for second respondent at the time of admission.
