ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had married one Ranjitha and the same was also registered before the Joint Sub-Registrar II, Cuddalore on 30.05.2019. Since, it is an intercaste marriage, the father of the petitioner has given a complaint to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent is harassing the petitioner and his wife and her family members. 2.
It is seen from records that the petitioner and the above said Ranjitha are admittedly major and they have married and the said marriage has also been registered. Therefore, no one has any right to interfere in their life and the 2nd respondent police is directed to instruct the parents of the petitioner not to interfere with their life and thereafter, close the complaint.
