Based on the affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition by the petitioner, this Court allowed the petitioner to pay the current electricity consumption charges in seven instalments commencing from 05.04.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that three instalments have already been paid by the petitioner. For the remaining dues, the petitioner seeks further time by revising the instalments scheme agreed by him and an order was passed by this Court.

3. Allowing the petitioner to settle the electricity consumption charges by way of instalments itself, is a concession shown by this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any further time and in the event of not paying the instalments, as agreed by the petitioner and as per https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Svn the orders of this Court passed in WP No.9705 of 2024 dated 05.04.2024, the respondents are at liberty to disconnect the electricity service connection.

4. With the abovesaid liberty, the present miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
