ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in FIR in Cr.No.24 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.24 of 2011 was completed and the case was closed as "mistake of fact" on 16.03.2011 and the closure report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
