Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to Tender Notice issued by the respondent (Tender Notice No.2/2015-2016No.MMC/APR/1068/2014 dated 30.9.2015 and the auction which is proposed to be held on 12th October 2015 at 3.00 pm in the respondent's premises for collection of license fee and toll charges vehicle for the period from 17.10.2015 to 26.10.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondent not to establish any temporary shops abetting the roads in between the shops situated at the Koyambedu wholesale market.

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that the issue raised by the petitioner herein has been covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28404 of 2015, dated 09.09.2015.

3.In view of the same, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
