The petitioner made several representations, the last one being made on 10.07.2015, seeking issuance of patta, basing reliance upon the Sale Deed executed in favour of his father and the house tax patta issued in his name, followed by the kist receipts, Chitta and adangal. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Though the last of the representations was made to the respondent no.1, inasmuch as the respondent no.2 is the authority concerned to consider the same, a direction is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued to the petitioner to give a detailed representation to the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent no.2 shall dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required.
