The order of transfer dated 01.11.2013, is sought to be quashed in this Writ Petition.
2.The writ petitioner was transferred from Ooty to Salem Range, on administrative grounds. However, the Superintendent of Police, The Nilgiris, Ootacand, filed a counter affidavit in January, 2014, by stating that the transfer orders issued to the petitioner in this Office D.O.1015/2013 in C.No.A1/20513/2013 dated 01.11.2013 to Salem Range was cancelled in this Office D.O.1117/2013 in C.No.A1/20513/2013 dated 30.11.2013, and he is retained in the Nilgiris District.

3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
